Q. I am only benching x amount, I don't think I need to use a slingshot

The slingshot is a great tool to help overload your bench. It allows you to work with heavier poundage for greater volume, building your triceps strength and confidence in handing bigger weights. Also, it helps to teach you the correct bench form by helping you find the correct groove of benching. It is also easier to use a Slingshot than to setup a reverse band benchpress setup.

Q. Picking the right Slingshot

Measure your arm size for sizing. 12" for M size, 13" for L, 14" for XL, 15" for 2XL and 17" for 3XL.

Q. What is the difference between the different Slingshots models?

The different models provide different amount of overload due to the stiffness of the material. 

The Reactive Slingshot (blue) gives up to 10% overload, the Original (red) up to 15% overload, the Full Boar (yellow) up to 20% and the "Maddog" (black) is meant for 400+lbs (180kg) raw benchers and above, made of stiffer material and meant for experienced lifters only. 

We recommend you to get the reactive slingshot first or the original slingshot which is why we only carry these two products currently. However, we will bring in the Full Boar and Maddog upon request and payment so if you are keen to overload your bench to the max, feel free to email us (via the contact page) to make arrangements. Prices will be greater from the reactive and original slingshots.

Q. How long will it take for us to get our order?

We have a certain quota before placing order from overseas so products might be out of stock for a while. We are currently using Singpost for delivery and they take up to 2-3 working days for local delivery. However, we will only ship out at the end of the week. Email us (via the contact page) to make arrangements. 

Q. Will you be bringing other equipment/brand in?

We have signed a vendor agreement with Slingshot to not carry any equipment that are in direct conflict with Slingshot so we will not be bringing in equipment such as Titan RAM or Bench Daddy. 

Please be assured that we have a vendor agreement with Howmuchyabench.net and we have no intentions of selling you knockoffs to make a quick buck. We are here to provide you quality products at an affordable rate and nothing else.
